These qulaifications must be met at the time of start and
must be verifiable

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred qualifications are skills that you'd like the candidate to have, but don't preclude them from being interviewed if they do not. Putting qualifications in this section offers the search committee greater flexibility in selecting candidates.
Selection Process
Selection Criteria (Prioritized criteria for selecting candidates):
Outline the evaluation and selection criteria the committee will use to evaluate the applicants. These should be job-related and consistently applied to all applicants.
This box should be used to list the criteria you will use to determine if a candidate meets the minimum requirements.
Typically, the qualification list is used to make this decision.
Selection Plan (How the search committee will evaluate and selected the shortlist and finalist - screening process, interview procedure, role of the search committee, etc.)
